FAQs

What equipment will I need?

We can discuss this based on your goals, but I typically work with, and recommend, these items: resistance bands, massage balls, and a foam roller.  These are incredibly affordable items and can travel with you anywhere! 

Do I need to be techy?

I worked in tech support for several years. I can answer all of your questions and help with any issues that may arise.  If you have a reasonably new laptop with a webcam, we can make it happen!

Are there long-term commitments?

I bill at the beginning of the month for that month’s training sessions. There are no long-term commitments beyond the month we have scheduled.
