WOW: workout of the week

If you’re starting back up after a pain set back, a tough time in your life, or starting for the first time, it’s really valuable to start slow with lots of little daily ‘wins’. This is why I created the mini wow series.

Start each week focusing on the one exercise in the video. Keep it a small, 2 mins everyday, commitment for the whole week and then repeat the next week with next exercise video.

If this seems simple… good. It’s really hard to change lifestyle and behaviors, so the easier it is to do a little bit everyday the higher your odds are of continuing!
