My back story

My attempts to prevent my pain began when I was 14 years old. Even then, I was told that strengthening my core would end back pain, so I bought one of the popular ab rollers of the 90’s, popped in the accompanying VHS tape with the frizzy haired instructor on the cover, and went to work on my six pack and pain free back.  It didn’t work...

It’s estimated that 80% of people experience back pain at some point in their life. Which means almost everyone has a ‘back’ story. This is mine…

 

The truth is, breaking your pain cycle requires a personalized skill set.
